Statistics on 'topic views' also contain automated page scanns, such as done by search robots. In November 2006 for example, Google and other robots accessed the TWiki continously every 1 to 2 minutes for more than 24 hours in a row. Thus this statistics is not an accurate record of how many times humans accessed the pages. 'Topic saves' however provides a realistic image on the active interest of users in this TWiki.
Notes:
This topic is updated by the statistics script. (You can also force an update)
TWikiDocumentation tells you how to enable the automatic updates of the statistics.
Suggestion: You could archive this topic once a year and delete the previous year's statistics from the table.
