Twiki issues to solve

You have server TWikiIssues!

1. Emails - Emails are no more recieved from the TWiki (registration, password changes, changes notifications...).
2. Registering - Modify the registration script so that it adds the new user to TWikiUserGroup.
3. Minor change - There should be a "minor change" checkbox on the edit page, but I don't see any. Why? See DontNotify, QuietSave ==> Like Save but does not e-mail people on the WebNotify notification list - same effect as checking "Minor changes, don't notify". ==> Sure, but I want the checkbox, I think it makes me remember about the option when I see it.
4. Rights - Why are not registered users not allowed to change the page UserTestimonials even if it was so specified on the page rights setting?
5. Contents: Install pluging to visualize the parent/child topics relation: http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Plugins/TreePlugin
6. Versioning: Versioning of attachments is not needed. Feature can be disabled.
