Integration of cartography and bibliography use case

Scenario
A description of the scenario that you have in mind.
The
cartography is integrated with the bibliography, so the user can click on a mapped object ("Paris" in a map of "eagel"-s) and get relevant bibliographical references (if there are any).

Input
Things that the user must/might supply to the system.
- Mandatory: just a click (on the geographical location on which he wants to get bibliographical informations) sends a request in form of geographical coordinates, additional information: within a radius of x km
Output
Things that the user will recieve in response to their request.
- BibRefs? on the specified location pulled from the bibliographical database
- Info summary displayed in the map window (eg. "5 references available"), full info in a new window
Difficulties
Areas in which you foresee problems/issues arising.
- The quality of the service depends on how much and how well the bibliographical database is prepared for cartogaphical represenation.
